If you join the launch list we store your email address, the time you joined and the time you confirmed (double opt-in), to send you launch emails about atelpa. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected].

where it is processed

Our email-list provider is Klaviyo, Inc. (Boston, USA), acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement that incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Klaviyo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; your data is stored on Klaviyo's servers in the United States. You can request a copy of the safeguards at [email protected].

Until you unsubscribe, or until we delete the launch list after launch and move confirmed contacts to our customer list with the same consent.
